Custom-built bolt test rig
We specialize in providing accurate and reliable torque-tension testing services using our custom-built test rig.
Our torque-tension test service is designed specifically for large-scale fasteners used in the wind industry. To gain better insights into fasteners' mechanical behavior, we replicate the actual tightening protocol used in situ. The testing facility can determine the relationship between applied torque and resulting tension in bolts and studs ranging from M33 to M100. We can also determine the resulting clamping force up to 6 kN. We work closely with our customers to meet all relevant standards and specifications.
After the test is completed, we provide our customers with a detailed report that includes all relevant data, findings, and recommendations for improving bolted joint performance.
