N\u00e5r vingernes bel\u00e6gning bliver \u00f8delagt af regnen, neds\u00e6ttes vindm\u00f8llens effektivitet og dyre udbedringer er n\u00f8dvendige.\r\n\r\nRegn erosion er derfor en ofte omtalt udfordring, som b\u00e5de vindm\u00f8lleproducenter og parkejere har stor interesse i at f\u00e5 l\u00f8st.\r\n\r\nDTU er verdens f\u00f8rende forskningsinstitut inden for regn erosion p\u00e5 vindm\u00f8ller og har i de sidste mange \u00e5r deltaget i flere projekt bl.a. sammen med leverand\u00f8ren af den nye testmaskine, R&amp;D Test Systems. Det er derfor ekstra sp\u00e6ndende, at DTU nu f\u00e5r sin egen Regn Erosions Tester, som vil blive brugt p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af flere forskellige forskningsprojekter.\r\n<h3>Hvad er en Regn Erosion Tester?<\/h3>\r\nEn Regn Erosion Tester (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdtestsystems.com\/rain-erosion-tester\/\">RET<\/a>) er en testmaskine, som er baseret p\u00e5 et 3-vinget helikopterprincip, hvor et testemne bliver roteret ved h\u00f8j fart og udsat for regndr\u00e5ber. RET\u2019en danner rammer for de mest realistiske testforhold i et kontrolleret milj\u00f8, hvor det er muligt at simulere forskellige typer regn og teste accelereret levetid p\u00e5 forkantsbeskyttelse."},{"_type":"text_columns","bg_color":"light","title":"Nye features skal give nye testmetoder","text":"Den RET, som DTU har k\u00f8bt, kommer til at v\u00e6re den mest avancerede p\u00e5 markedet, den kommer til at kunne emulere regn med 3 gange intensitet fordi regnfeltet kan \u00e5bnes op til 1.800 n\u00e5le fremfor standard 600 n\u00e5le. Udover \u00f8get regndensitet har DTU ogs\u00e5 valgt at inkorporere en varmepumpe til opvarmning af ventilationsluften, udover at det mindsker energiforbruget drastisk giver det ogs\u00e5 \u00f8get muligheder for at kontrollere temperaturen.\r\n\r\n\u201dDet er et kendt problem, at en test-acceleration ved \u00f8get hastighed kan for\u00e5rsage erosionsf\u00e6nomener, som ikke replikker virkeligheden. Med 3 gange flere dr\u00e5ber vil DTU unders\u00f8gemulighederne for at accelerere erosionstestene uden at g\u00e5 p\u00e5 kompromis med resultaterne\u201d forklarer Niels Pedersen Key Account Manager hos R&amp;D Test Systems.\r\n\r\n\u201dTid er penge, s\u00e5 vores kunder har altid en interesse i at afkorte en testperiode, hvis det kan g\u00f8res uden at g\u00e5 p\u00e5 kompromis med resultaterne, derfor ser vi meget frem til at udvikle en maskinen hvor testene i h\u00f8jere grad kan accelereres ved at \u00f8ge regndensiteten,\u201d uddyber Niels Pedersen.\r\n\r\nEn anden feature, som DTU\u2019s testmaskine f\u00e5r er en ny varmepumpe-integration i ventilationen, der udover at g\u00f8re maskinen mere effektiv ogs\u00e5 g\u00f8r, at DTU bedre kan styre temperaturen af ventilationsluften. Dette giver bedre muligheder for at unders\u00f8ge hvilken indflydelse forskellige lufttemperaturer har p\u00e5 regn erosionstests.\r\n\r\nMed testmaskinen udvider vi vores mulighed for at forske i og test nye l\u00f8sninger. Vi gl\u00e6der os meget til at tage den nye maskine i brug. Det har v\u00e6ret en god proces at samarbejde med R&amp;D Test Systems om at f\u00e5 de nye features implementeret i maskinen,\u201d udtaler Ignacio Marti, Divisionschef fra DTU Vind og Energisystemer.\r\n\r\nDen nye testmaskine vil blive installeret ved DTU\u2019s Ris\u00f8 Campus, hvor der vil blive bygget en ny testfacilitet til maskinen. \u201dFor f\u00f8rste gang lavet vi et specialdesignet testkammer, s\u00e5 DTU har kunnet f\u00e5 pr\u00e6cis de dimensioner, som de \u00f8nskede.
